Overlook on Prospect is a pet-friendly community.
- Pet policies vary per property and are subject to change. Please inquire with the property for specific pet policies and fees. Some properties allow both cats and dogs in all units, while others limit dogs to first-floor units only. Please check with the property before applying to confirm their property-specific pet policies.
- Additional monthly pet fees can vary (typically $40.00 per pet) plus an additional one-time non-refundable move-in fee for each pet (typically $300 – $360), depending on the property.
- There may not be more than 2 pets per unit – there is no weight limit.
- You are required to upload a photo of your pet(s) with the rental application.
- Before signing a lease and moving into your new home, you may be required to provide written confirmation from a licensed vet that your dog is not one of the restricted breeds. The following dog breeds are not permitted: Great Dane, Rottweiler, Pitbulls/Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Siberian Husky, German Shepherd, Doberman, Malamute, St. Bernard, Chow Chow, Akita, Wolf Dog Hybrids, Dalmatian, Mastiff, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Mountain Cur, or any dog containing a mix of any of these breeds. Management reserves the right to restrict additional breeds or mixed breeds from being permitted.
